HRD Manager / HRD Supervisor
Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and oversee HR policies and strategies.
Manage the full employee life cycle: recruitment, training, performance appraisal, and career development.
Supervise personnel administration, attendance, and industrial relations.
Ensure SOP implementation aligns with company standards.
Coordinate across divisions and foster a positive work culture.
Requirements:
Male/Female, Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Law, or Human Resource Management.
Minimum 2–3 years of HR experience, preferably in oil & gas or NDT industries.
Strong knowledge of Labor Law, BPJS, and HR tools.
Proven leadership, effective communication, high integrity, and open-mindedness.
Initiative-taking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
Willing to keep an active mobile phone after working hours for coordination with management.
Admin Office
Responsibilities:
Handle daily administrative tasks, correspondence, and document filing.
Prepare administrative reports and support operational activities.
Manage schedules, logistics, and coordination between divisions.
Maintain proper document management and office organization.
Requirements:
Minimum D3/Bachelor’s degree in Office Administration/Management.
Minimum 2 year of administrative experience (preferably in technical industries).
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work under pressure.
Crawler Technician for Radiography Testing (RT)
ROLE DESCRIPTION
This is a full-time on-site role for a Crawler Technician located in West Java offshore. The Crawler Technician will be responsible for conducting Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) using methods such as Radiographic Testing (RT) & Operating / Troubleshooting if the Crawler get some trouble. The project is an Offshore Pipeline.
GENERAL QUALIFICATION
SMK (Electro) with 5 years of experience or S1 (Electro) with 2 years of experience
Experience in Radiographic Testing (RT) min. 3 years
Have experience in operating and maintaining crawler X-Ray equipment
Knowledge of the mechanism Crawler for X-Ray
Relevant certification in NDT methods
TECHNICAL SKILLS
Can Operate crawler X-Ray equipment.
Maintenance and Troubleshooting of crawler X-Ray equipment.
Knowledge of X-Ray systems and radiation safety.
Ability to analyze X-Ray results and create reports.
OTHER SKILLS
Good communication skills to interact with team and clients.
Ability to work independently or as a team.
Ability to solve problems and make sound decisions.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
Have a valid driver's license (if required).
Have relevant occupational safety certification.
Have the ability to work in a dynamic and sometimes stressful environment.
